 The Mountain Buggy Terrain XL is supplied with a standard footplate fitted - suitable for a 4 to 5 year old.

The Extended Footplate is supplied separately and takes only minutes to fit for the older or larger child.

It is adjustable to four levels varying the distance from the base of the seat to the footplate from 11" (28cm) to 15 1/2" (39cm).

With the extended footplate fitted the Folding System has be be locked manually when erecting the pushchair (this is normally automatic with the standard footplate).
